Help from the American Rescue Plan
The American Rescue Plan, which is worth $1.9 trillion, helps many businesses. People in Montgomery County, Alabama, who own homes could get $25,000 to fix them up. A program promises people in Harris County money. States are also moving on their own. Alabama is giving $300 checks, Colorado is giving $800 checks, and Arizona is giving $750 returns. People in Virginia may also get their money. Some people will feel better when they get their money after taxes. Families in New Jersey could get $1,000 from a bigger tax credit for kids.
