Millions of Americans across the country will receive an amount of up to $100 after VERIZON agreed to file $100 million settlement.
$100 Million Settlement from Verizon
Verizon customers in the country from January 1, 2016 and November 8, 2023 are eligible to receive an amount of $100 after the telco company agreed to pay a $1o0 million settlement. This was after a lawsuit was filed over an alleged deceptive scheme.
In a published article in The U.S. Sun, the lawsuit claims a deceptive scheme involved the company’s administrative charges. However, the company denied any wrongdoing, but it was found that Verizon changed its customer agreement to more clearly disclose the administrative fee in question.

Furthermore, qualified customers will receive an amount of between $15 to $100 depending on the length of time the claimant has been a customer. Eligible Americans will also receive a notice ID with a confirmation code to access the online portal.
