Neil Kinney’s Disturbing Actions Exposed by Law Enforcement
According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, 27-year-old Neil Kinney faces five counts of animal cruelty, one of animal torture, and one moving traffic violation. Kinney’s license is suspended.
Kinney posted a horrific TikTok video of him intentionally striking a deer with his blue 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe. The film suggests Kinney shot the deer by the roadside, but the recording and publication dates are unknown.
After reviewing TikTok footage, an investigator found a blue Tahoe that resembled Kinney’s on December 28. The detective saw the car on Lake Harney Road heading into Harney Heights Road in Geneva, Orlando. A traffic stop was conducted when the detective activated his blue lights.
