The Phoenix Police are asking the community for help to resolve the fatal shooting of Quincy McMillon, 28. Around 9:00 p.m. on December 22, 2023, officers responded to a disturbance at the 8330 North 19th Avenue apartment complex where gunshots were heard. Upon reaching the scene, they found McMillon wounded by gunfire, and despite efforts to save him and bring him to the hospital, he did not survive.
