Lesley Wolf Faces Allegations of Influencing Hunter Biden Search Warrant and Protecting Joe Bide
Lesley Wolf, a former assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware who declined to offer information on her decision not to issue a search warrant into Joe Biden before he ran in the 2020 presidential election following the House Judiciary session on December 14th waived appearing at the congressional hearing rather than testify about that incident and other related matters.
In an email sent in August 2020, according to a transcript examined by the Daily Caller of her communication with then-FBI cyber agent Joshua Wilson about action taken on improper investigations that mentioned Joe Biden and Hunter Biden before their names were redacted (as often happens), Wolf didn’t even mention the former president.
During the hearing, Wolf was asked about an email exchange with FBI Special Agent Joshua Wilson, where she stated, “There should be nothing about political figure 1 in here.” When questioned about the identity of “political figure 1,” she identified the individual as former Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., now President Biden. Despite the persistent questioning, Wolf maintained her refusal to explain this specific search warrant or the related draft.
