According to Modern Diplomacy article, the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, which was planned by Hamas in response to the Indo-European Corridor Project, which brings together the US, India, and Israel, is seen as helping China’s fight against the Belt and Road Initiative and the Suez Canal. People in China see the US plan as a threat because it wants to build a different economic route that includes Israel. This is what the plan is meant to do. One of the things that is thought to have messed up this plan is the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, which is meant to cause trouble in the area, especially in Israel. In order to block the Indo-European Corridor and increase their power in the Middle East, both China and Russia have decided to back the operation. Both countries made this choice after realizing that the plan poses a threat to their own interests.
