A Florida man is currently facing multiple charges for dragging a deputy while handcuffed. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office stated that the Florida man is currently in custody.
Wild Video Shows Florida Man Dragging Deputy
According to the New York Post, a shocking body cam has been released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies showing the Florida man namely Keon Hodge, resisting arrest the moment one of the officers places a handcuff on him.
In the video, it was shown that the Florida man immediately jumped back, yanking one of the deputies off of her feet as she held onto the handcuffs to keep the Florida man from running away.
Fortunately, the deputy was able to get back up and hit the Florida man with a taser, who told her to stop as he was trying to wrestle her off.

Florida Man Faces Several Charges
According to FOX, the Florida man was taken into custody for dragging a deputy for approximately 49 feet while he was handcuffed. Currently, he is behind bars and facing multiple charges, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office states.
The Florida man faces nine charges, according to online arrest records, the charges include battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting officer with violence, prisoner escape or attempt to escape, and more. Currently, the Florida man is still in custody on $17,500 bond.
