The suspect of the Los Angeles shooting that killed 4 people this week, including three men who were all experiencing homelessness has been taken into custody.
Police Announced Arrest of Suspect of the Los Angeles Shooting
On Saturday, the police announced during the press conference that the suspect of the Los Angeles shooting, Jerrid Powel, 33, was arrested. The police stated that the suspect was arrested when his car was stopped by the authorities.
According to FOX, the officials believed that Powell was the suspect in the Los Angeles shooting that murdered three homeless men in the past week and also killed a father namely Nicholas Simbolon during a home robbery.

Los Angeles Shooting Spanned For Four Days, Weapon of the Suspect Retrieved
According to ABC News, the Los Angeles shooting spanned four days – from Sunday to Wednesday. The motive for the shootings has not yet been established as the officials stated that the men were murdered without any provocation.
The Los Angeles Police Department also stated that a handgun was recovered from the suspect’s car which is allegedly the weapon used for the Los Angeles shooting that killed a father during a home invasion and the three homeless men.
