$3.6 Million Settlement Against a Mosquito Repellent Manufacturer
Americans could claim extra money from the $3.6 million settlement against a mosquito repellent manufacturer after it was found that the company was guilty of false advertising. The lawsuit was filed against AC2T, which is the manufacturer of Spartan Mosquito Eradicator bug sprays.
In a published article in The U.S. Sun, the manufacturer claims that its product spray “Eradicator” can eradicate mosquitoes in just 15 days. However, customers filed a complaint that the advertising was deceiving and not an effective solution.
