US Officials Outline Several Steps to Israel to Reduce Civilian Losses
According to the Times of India, US officials said they have made an outline in which Israel may take several steps in order to reduce civilian casualties in its conflict with Hamas leaders.
The concrete steps were developed by the Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken. He believed that Israel could minimize civilian losses in the Israel and Hamas conflict. Moreover, Mr. Blinken also states that these several steps could minimize civilian deaths while still achieving its objectives of finding and finishing Hamas terrorists.

Secretary of State Blinken Did Not Specify Steps Amid Israel and Hamas Conflict
According to the NY Times, the Secretary of State Blinked did not specify in his statement what the concrete steps are. Mathew Miller, Blinken’s spokesman also declined to comment on them.
However, despite the anonymity of the steps as the meetings were private, the number of conversations they had with Israeli counterparts were advised to take a more deliberate approach in the Israel and Hamas operations.
US officials also advised the Israelis that they could reduce civilian casualties if they improved how they targeted Hamas leaders and gathered more intelligence on Hamas command and control before launching strikes.
