States Preparing New US Military Aid Worth $425M for Ukraine
According to UKRINFORM, the Biden administration is planning to fund a US military aid package for Ukraine with a total amount of $425 million.
In the new US military aid, ATACMS missiles will not be included. Instead, it contains about $300 million worth of laser-guide munitions that could shoot down the Russian drones.
The funds for the munitions in the US military aid come from the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative program, which allows the Biden administration to buy weapons from industry rather than exhaust the US weapons stocks.

US Military Aid Package Marks the 50th Time Since the Ukraine-Russia War
According to VOA News, the new US military aid marks the 50th time that the authority has been used for Ukraine since Russia invaded in February 2022.
Aside from ATACMS missiles, the package also includes GMLRS rockets for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and more munitions for the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System. There is also other equipment such as cold weather gear to continue fighting in winter.
