Stimulus checks have been the hallmark of the federal government since the pandemic began. There were three stimulus checks released that helped millions of American families facing financial instability due to the negative impact of COVID-19.
In a published article in Yahoo News, the Georgia Department of Revenue announced that those who filed their 2021 income tax return are eligible to get the 4th stimulus check. An amount of $250 for single filers and $500 for married couples or those who jointly filed together.

Non-Residents are Qualified to Receive 4th Stimulus Checks in Georgia
According to an article published in MARCA, the Georgia Department of Revenue clarified that non-residents in the state can still claim and receive the 4th stimulus check. They should have filed their 2021 or 2022 income tax return on October 16, the extended date by the Internal Revenue Service.
Furthermore, the IRS also added that the amount to be received depends on the income and taxes they filed. Those filing head of household can get up to $375.
