The revenue department says that an amount of up to $650 in Pennsylvania Property Tax Rebate will be sent to eligible and qualified residents in the state. They have until December 31 to file for the Rent Rebate Program but the amount they will receive will vary depending on their income.
In a published article in the Washington Examiner, both renters and homeowners can receive the Pennsylvania Property Tax Rebate. Homeowners could receive between $250 and $650, while renters could receive between $500 and $650.

Amount of Pennsylvania Property Tax Rebate
According to a published article in the GAZETTE, here’s the amount that renters and homeowners will receive based on their income:
HOMEOWNERS
- Homeowners with an income ranging from $0 to $18,000 can receive a maximum rebate of $650.
- Those with incomes of $8,001 to $15,000 can receive a maximum rebate of $500.
- Those with incomes of $15,001 to $18,000 can receive a maximum rebate of $300.
- Those with incomes of $18,001 to $35,000 can receive a maximum rebate of $250.
RENTERS
- Renters with incomes of $0 to $8,000 can receive up to $650.
- Those with incomes of $8,001 to $15,000 can collect a rebate of up to $500.
Furthermore, homeowners and renters have until December 31 to file for the Pennsylvania Property Tax Rebate.
