According to SPACE, a new NASA moon rover called VIPER (Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover) has successfully completed its obstacle course, simulating the rugged terrain of the moon’s surface.
With NASA moon rover completing its tests, it is expected to launch at the lunar south pole next year in November atop a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket.
In the tests that the NASA moon rover recently completed, it performed a series of mobility to confront large rocks, steep slopes, and deep craters that it might encounter on the lunar.

NASA Moon Rover Overcomes Tests, Ready to Face Challenges on Moon
According to VIGOURTimes, the tests that NASA moon rover faced were also shared in a video, showing the rover overcoming the potential challenges it will face on the lunar surface.
The tests also include the rover rolling over big rocks, maneuvering itself through quicksand-like soil, and climbing up steep slopes and over crates.
With NASA moon rover overcoming the series of tests, it is now certain how ready the rover is to face the challenges on the lunar surface.
