According to CNN, Queen Guitarist Brian May has once again proven why he is a rock royalty as he recently helped NASA return to its first-ever asteroid sample mission to Earth.
During a recent video, Queen Guitarist Brian May enthusiastically shared his deep sense of pride in contributing to the scientific mission of NASA by being a valuable member of the OSIRIS-REx team. He also describes the exciting process of collecting samples from the asteroid Bennu.

Queen Guitarist Brian May Discusses Involvement in Asteroid Sample Mission
SPACE reports that aside from the mission of collecting samples of the asteroid, Queen Guitarist Brian May has also discussed the process of the mission.
Queen Guitarist Brian May wrote in a NASA blog post the separation of the baseline and his experience of viewing the asteroid with the use of stereoscope. Queen Guitarist Brian May stated that there are differences in viewing an asteroid when looking at it separately, which is known as parallax differences.
Queen Guitarist Brian May further stated to give our brains opportunity to perceive depth and solidity as he showed the image that was taken from the mission.
