U.S. Actively Trying to Rescue Hostages Amid Israel and Hamas Conflict
According to FOX News, John Kirby, the spokesperson of the National Security Council, stated that the U.S. is actively trying in locating the hostages that were taken in Gaza amidst the Israel and Hamas conflict, stressing to refuse ruling out the American effort.
Moreover, he additionally stated that there are currently no plans of intention to put the U.S. troops on the ground to fight alongside allied country in the Israel and Hamas conflict.

Israel and Hamas Conflict: Hostages Believed to be 100 People
According to The Hill, during the Israel and Hamas conflict – Hamas is believed to be holding more than a hundred people as hostage, including civilians, Israeli soldiers, and an unknown number of Americans.
Kirby also stated that the mission to rescue the hostages would be the top priority, and as it is not known where they are, there could be more different groups moving around.
The Israel and Hamas conflict has resulted in over 3,600 deaths, and most of them are civilians from Israel and Hamas. Thousands of militant groups were also injured in the conflict.
