An 18-year-old suspect has been arrested for murder for fatally stabbing the Brooklyn activist, Ryan Carson, in front of his woman companion.
18-Year-Old Suspect Charged with Murder
NBC reports that Brian Dowling, an 18-year-old suspect from Brooklyn was arrested on Thursday morning after murdering a New York activist, Ryan Carson, a 32-year-old man.
The reports stated that the 18-year-old suspect was charged with murder and illegal possession of a weapon. Additionally, the police stated that after the 18-year-old suspect stabbed the victim, he also kicked him in the chest, and spat on Carson’s female companion’s face.
Felonious Act of 18-Year-Old Suspect Caught in a Surveillance Video
According to Daily Caller, the 18-year-old suspect’s felonious act was seen in a surveillance video in which he was seen kicking over several moped scooters on the sidewalk. Carson was then seen in the video confronting the teen, in which the 18-year-old suspect asked “What are you looking at?”
In an attempt to calm the 18-year-old suspect, Carson became the victim of murder as the teen was seen taking out a knife and attacking the victim.
Ryan Carson was stabbed three times, with one wound piercing his heart. The 18-year-old suspect even kicked the man in the chest, before he went to the woman and threatened her to be stabbed as well before he spat on her fled the scene.
Police stated that there was no evidence that the 18-year-old suspect had any prior acquaintance with Carson or his female companion.
