DVIDS reports that in a competition that requires deadly accuracy, the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit came away with two gold medals, three silvers, and one bronze medal at part one of the USA Shooting Olympic Trials.
The U.S. soldiers who are all marksmanship instructors and competitive shooters competed side by side against more than 130 top international rifle competitors from across the State at the USA Shooting Olympic Trials.
Soldiers Focused to Win at USA Shooting Olympic Trials
According to WRBL, the U.S. soldiers are focusing on being on top of the USA Shooting Olympic Trials while bearing the name of Team USA. The soldiers additionally stated in their interviews that they are preparing to succeed and bring home the trophy and the medals they got were just the start of winning the overall game.
Going forward, the soldiers are refining the process and trusting themselves to complete the remaining two parts of the USA Shooting Olympic Trials and confidently continue to win.
