After a caller reported shots fired early on Sunday morning, two male suspects, both from Willmar, were detained. The incident did not result in any injuries, according to the Willmar police department.

As per the report of INFORUM, following a Sunday drive-by shooting, two Willmar residents were detained.
In the 400 block of 30th Street Northwest, a weapons complaint with a report of gunfire was reported at roughly 5:04 a.m. on Sunday, according to a news release from Detective Sgt. Chad Nelson of the Willmar Police Department. The press release states that nobody was injured.
According to the Willmar Police Department, gunfire strikes at the scene caused property damage. Following an inquiry, two male suspects, ages 45 and 46, were peacefully taken into custody.
Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office And Centracare Ambulance Services Were On Standby To Help The Willmar Police Department
According to Yahoo News, as of Monday morning, they were detained at the Kandiyohi County Jail. Normally, suspects are not named in The West Central Tribune before they have been in court to answer to charges.
There is no longer a threat to the public, the announcement claims, and this was an isolated incident.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office and CentraCare Ambulance Services were on standby to help the Willmar Police Department.
