A woman in Casper, identified as Lorna Roxanne Green has been sentenced to federal prison and she is to serve there for five years after she pleaded guilty to setting fire to a clinic in Casper.

Lorna Roxanne Green Burned a Clinic
According to Wyoming Public Media, Lorna Roxanne Green burned Wellspring Health Access last May 2023. The arson has caused nearly $300,000 damages to the clinic and this resulted in the delay of the clinic’s opening for almost a year.
The clinic that Lorna Roxanne Green burned was said to be the only clinic in Wyoming that provides abortion services to females who do not want to have kids yet.
Lorna Roxanne Green reasoned out that after she was asked why she burned the clinic, she stated what caused her to burn the clinic was because she opposed abortion and had nightmares about the Wellspring Health Access clinic.

NBC reports that Lorna Roxanne Green recently received sentencing for her actions after she pleaded guilty to federal arson. Lorna Roxanne Green is to spend five years or 60 months in federal prison for burning a clinic.
Julie Burkhart, the founder of Wellspring Health Access, stated that she hopes the actions of Lorna Roxanne Green can be a signal that anti-abortion has no place in society and they might still receive violence and harassment.
