In front of the judge on Thursday, the victim in this case, 33-year-old Joshua Arellano, pleaded for Conde to serve time in jail, stating, in part, “Just giving this man probation would serve no justice for me and the pain I’ve had to go through.”
According to Joshua Arellano, this person “should be in prison for more than ten years.” “At the moment, my hopes are that he will be charged and found guilty for what he did.”
