The teenager from Mount Vernon was arrested after fatally shot Joshua Fieldings last Friday night near Richmond Highway. The teenager from Mount Vernon was charged with second-degree murder, use of a firearm during a felony, and underage possession of a firearm.

SOURCE– Fairfax County police have identified Joshua Fieldings as the victim in the fatal shooting in the 8700 block of Sacramento Drive, just south of Richmond Highway (Route 1), last Friday night. Detectives found out that Joshua Fieldings had a prior dispute with a 17-year-old male. A witness saw the teenager from Mount Vernon leave the scene.
The teenager from Mount Vernon was arrested, and police officers recovered the weapon involved in the shooting incident from his home. Joshua Fieldings was shot in the upper body. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The teenager from Mount Vernon was arrested and taken into custody.
The name of the teenager was not released because he is a juvenile, and being held without bond at Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center. The teenager from Mount Vernon was charged with second-degree murder, use of firearm during a felony, and underage possession of a firearm. There was no further information on an attorney about the teenager from Mount Vernon where he could be located on Sunday.
