A-1 Grocery Store Murder In 2021
SOURCE– Last November 2021, Dartez Ferguson was arrested in connection with robbery and A-1 grocery store murder. Dartez Ferguson was out on bond for a slew of other charges and will remain out of prison for now. The US Judge Bentley Price ruled Dartez Ferguson to stay on strict house arrest for the next ten years and should not leave his house for any reason. The judge gave this deadline for prosecutors to get extra concrete information and a list of locations where Dartez Ferguson has been while out on bond.
Then, US prosecutors filed to have Dartez Ferguson’s bond revoked for violating the terms of his bond and house arrest, also going to unauthorized places like party bars. But, the defense argued that the bond company has never complained about Dartez Ferguson. It says that Dartez Ferguson will always be in touch about his location.
But, the mother of victim is still waiting for justice. She added that it is not fair that Dartez Ferguson is out living his life, and her son is not here anymore to speak for himself. Dartez Ferguson was out again for robbery and A-1 grocery store murder in 2021.
