KWCH reports that an unsolved missing case in 1976 from Osage Couty, Oklahoma, resurfaced on August 2023 when the Osage County Sheriff’s Office announced that a serial killer was potentially linked to the unsolved missing case.
The suspect of serial killings, Dennis Rader, who is allegedly linked to the unsolved missing case of Cynthia Dawn Kinney, was based on his writings and clues that were found in his former property in Kansas. However, when he confessed to his crimes in his killings, he denied any involvement in Kinney’s disappearance. Thus, the unsolved missing case of the teenager has remained a mystery to this day.

Unsolved Missing Case of Cynthia Dawn Kinney
Grunge reports that the unsolved missing case of Cynthia Dawn Kinney occurred in 1976 when she mysteriously disappeared from a Kinney family-owned laundromat in downtown Pawhuska, Oklahoma. According to past reports, the teenager was last seen in a 1965 beige Plymouth with two people. However, whether the two people were females or a man and a woman was not confirmed.
The law enforcement at that time had worked on this unsolved missing case and only found a few personal things the teenager had left behind, including her purse. More unconfirmed reports of the unsolved missing case were sighted, but all leads reached a dead end.
