A 73-year-old Linda Susan Woodward from Livermore died in an area of hospital from critical injuries in a car crash on North Livermore Avenue by a young man fleeing from police officers at high speeds.

Justice For Linda Susan Woodward
Source– Linda Susan Woodward is known in the Tri-Valley. Woodward is a single parent raising her children. She was a former worker at the post on Black Avenue in Pleasanton. She helped rescue domestic violence victims from dangerous home situations. Linda Susan Woodward was a nice woman who welcome neighborhood children as her own and to her circle of friends. She treated everybody as her own family.
Linda Susan Woodward is on her way home after having foot surgery with her sister Janet Garvin, on February 17, 2023. Linda Susan Woodward sat in the backseat of her car with her foot propped, while her sister drove. Suddenly, their car was struck by a red Lexus allegedly speeding at nearly 65 mph, while trying to flee from police officers. Police officers identified the driver as Sekou Abayomia Brandon and was arrested.
Linda Susan Woodward suffered critical injuries around two months because of the car crash. She never recovers from the severe internal injuries and died on April 15, 2022. Brandon’s initial charges were upgraded to murder. But, Woodward’s family confirmed rumors that the investigations reportedly revealed Brandon was actually wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the crash. The US prosecutors offered Brandon a plea deal to drop his charges and will be out of prison in 2025. Woodward’s daughters felt disappointed because Brandon will just serve less than four years behind bars for the crime. It is not enough punishment for him for killing their mom.
