Social Security Update: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Beneficiaries To Receive Direct Payments Worth $914

The beneficiaries who are already in Social Security Administration’s Supplemental Security Income program will receive their August installment of up to $914 for individual filers.

This month of August the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries will be expected to receive their payments worth $914 and it will be the first distribution since June as there were no payments made in July. Social Security received the payments last August 1. Social Security will adjust the payment schedules means some months will have two payments and sometimes none to ensure the beneficiaries will receive a total of 12 checks annually.

The beneficiaries will receive the amount of money depending on what category they filed. This means if you were under eligible couples will receive a worth of $1,371 monthly, those individual filers will receive as much as $914 monthly, and those essential people who live and care for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries will receive $458 monthly payment, according to SSA.

All beneficiaries should take note of this, in the month of September, the beneficiaries will be expected to receive two payments because on October 1 schedule is on a weekend. Remember this the schedule will be on September 29 Friday. There are no payment schedules every weekend.
