Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) of San Francisco was a big help in capturing Rondell Cramer, the suspect who pleaded guilty to firearms trafficking.
PSN of San Francisco is a program gathering all law enforcers including the community where these law enforcers served. The ultimate goal of PSN is to lessen the crime rate such as firearms trafficking and to make the neighborhood safe for all its members.
The U.S. Department of Justice launched a crime reduction strategy last May 26, 2021, with the purpose of strengthening PSN.
On June 1, 2022, while the law enforcers were conducting a checkpoint, Cramer’s car was pulled over because the firearms suspect had been driving a car without a plate number.

The Suspect Of Firearms Trafficking Who Pleaded For Guilty
Cramer, the firearms trafficking suspect, had been caught by authorities for two outstanding felony warrants.
When authorities checked Cramer’s car, they found a Glock 9 mm caliber firearm, and a bill of sale for another firearm and stolen merchandise.
Upon checking the phone of the firearms trafficking suspect, it has been discovered that there were multiple conversations showing that Cramer was buying firearms in Arizona and then selling these in California.
Based on court documents, discovered evidence would determine that the firearms trafficking suspect had been involved in this crime since August 2020.
Because of heavy pieces of evidence, Cramer pleaded guilty last Thursday to firearms trafficking.
Cramer was scheduled to be given a verdict by U.S. District Judge Troy L. Nunley this coming Oct. 12, 2023.
