Spencer McDonald, 30, a Las Vegas man has been accused of killing grandmother and two other men at the Rancho De Montana apartments on Flamingo Road near Durango Drive where they all lived and worked.
A grand jury indicted McDonald, a Las Vegas man on three counts of murder with the use of a deadly weapon and one count of attempted murder.
The transcript of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County’s grand jury revealed how the Las Vegas man murdered his victims. During the hearing last July 13, McDonald described the gruesome details of the heinous acts he committed.

McDonald, the Las Vegas man, described to authorities how he murdered his victims, according to grand jury transcripts.
The Chief Deputy District Attorney, John Giordani, asked the six witnesses to narrate to the grand jury what they saw.
Chris Brassard, 45, was one of the six witnesses and was one of two maintenance workers who went to the apartment to check.
Brassard said that he could not reach the old woman.
Detectives Jennifer Santiago and Lawrence Samples of LVMPD homicide, both responded to a call at the Rancho de Montana Apartments on E. Flamingo at about 10:30 AM on June 27.
Det. Santiago explained that the call stated that a person had been attacked and that there were three others that were murdered.
As of Thursday, the Las Vegas man remained at the Clark County Detention Center while waiting for his next trial on Sept. 29.
