Noah Lightman, overseeing CalKIDS, emphasizes how the program urges parents to prepare for their children’s schooling. Research indicates that children who have savings accounts are more inclined to consider attending college. Despite these advantages, many eligible families have yet to collect their funds, prompting ongoing efforts to raise awareness, particularly in various counties throughout California.
