A Minnesota murder suspect who was unintentionally freed from detention in Indiana earlier this month is now back in custody after being apprehended by the United States Marshals Service in south St. Paul, Minnesota.

8-Year-Old Kevin Mason Was Detained By The United States Marshals Service
According to the report of Valley News, the United States Marshals Service detained 28-year-old Kevin Mason in Minnesota at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the authorities.
Mason was arrested without incident on the 900 block of Summit Avenue, according to Chief Deputy Mike Fuller, who spoke to NBC station KARE 11.
In connection with the murderous shooting that occurred on June 11, 2021 outside Shiloh Temple, Kevin Mason is accused of second-degree murder. Dontevius Ahmad Catchings, 29, is said to have been shot by Mason, according to the prosecution, after an altercation that took place after a funeral when numerous street gang members had gathered.

The Reason Why Kevin Mason Was Unintentionally Freed From Detention In Indiana Earlier This Month
As per the report of KTTC, Mason was detained on September 11 in Indianapolis but, according to officials, was freed the next day after Marion County Sheriff’s Office clerks conducted an incorrect records review. Following the error, at least one employee was fired.
