Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating two persons of interest connected to the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Travione Pratt on December 22, 2024, at 5145 Higgins Street in Southeast Houston. The shooting occurred around 10:40 p.m. when officers responded to a call at an apartment complex and found Pratt, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The persons of interest are identified as 36-year-old Vincent “Chuck” Mosley and an unidentified black male. Photos of both individuals have been released by HPD, though neither is currently facing charges.
Detectives believe the individuals were associated with a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and/or a silver Nissan Altima.
