NYC plastic surgeon fires back at ex-model’s $10 million sex slave lawsuit with Instagram proof

NYC plastic surgeon fires back at ex-model’s $10 million sex slave lawsuit with Instagram proof

High-Profile Legal Battle Between Plastic Surgeon and Model Intensifies with Explosive Allegations

In a contentious legal dispute that has captivated New York’s elite circles, Manhattan plastic surgeon Ammar Mahmoud and model Maya Willow Sias are locked in a bitter court battle involving allegations of abuse and counter-claims of extortion.

Model’s shocking claims

Sias, 25, a Maxim magazine model, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against her former boyfriend, alleging he transformed her into a “sex slave” during their nine-month relationship. Her most disturbing claim describes a horrific facial injection: “He stabbed me in the face with a needle; I could feel the needle scratching against the bone,” she told The New York Post.

Surgeon’s vigorous defense

The 40-year-old Fifth Avenue surgeon is mounting an aggressive defense through his legal team, led by prominent attorney Marc Kasowitz. In an 18-page response, they characterize Sias as a “manipulative woman with a track record of alcohol-fuelled violence and of threatening romantic partners with reporting false accusations of abuse.”

Mahmoud’s legal team has presented social media evidence challenging Sias’ account of key events, particularly regarding an alleged assault on June 7, 2023. They point to Instagram posts and text messages showing Sias at multiple social events that evening, including a “girls night” at Lamia’s Fish Market.

Complex history

The relationship began at a Miami yacht party in April 2023, where Sias claims Mahmoud initially approached her, proposing a threesome with his then-girlfriend. Though she declined, they later began dating when she moved to New York for modeling work.

Pattern of allegations

Adding complexity to the case, Mahmoud’s ex-wife filed similar abuse allegations in 2014, claiming he had subjected her to abuse and non-consensual hormone injections. These parallel claims have become a significant factor in the current legal battle.

Legal implications

Sias’ 16-page civil complaint includes photographic evidence of alleged injuries, while Mahmoud’s team argues that text messages prove their relationship was consensual and ended only when he “no longer was willing to pay for all the luxuries she wanted.”

As this high-stakes legal battle unfolds in the Manhattan Supreme Court, both sides continue to present conflicting evidence, leaving the truth to be determined through the legal process.
