A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the following counties: Rowan, Powell, Elliott, Morgan, Johnson, Wolfe and Martin, Pulaski, Laurel, Wayne (KY), Whitley, Knox, Bell, Harlan, Clay and Leslie, Rockcastle, Jackson, Magoffin, Floyd, Lee (KY), Breathitt, Knott, Owsley, Perry, Letcher and Pike. The Winter Storm Watch begins Sunday Morning and lasts until 7:00 AM Tuesday.
Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Ice accumulation is likely.
