PEORIA (25News Now) -A winter storm is going to impact our area today. Multiple inches of snow are expected with many winter alerts continuing. Knox, Peoria, Woodford, Tazewell, and McLean counties are under a Winter Weather Advisory while Fulton, Logan, and Mason counties are under a Winter Storm Warning.
For us along and north of I-74, snow totals will be limited by dry air that has moved into the area but we will still see enough snow to impact travel. South of I-74, the heaviest snow will impact the area and lead to significant impacts.
