SAN ANGO, TX – Hot and breezy conditions will dominate Saturday’s weather near San Angelo, with light fog in the morning giving way to sunny skies. Residents should be prepared for strong southwest winds up to 30 mph, as well as high temperatures climbing from the upper 60s to the lower 70s.
According to the National Weather Service, the day starts with light fog before 10 a.m., which may reduce visibility on local roads, especially on U.S. Highway 277. Looking ahead, overnight temperatures will drop into the low 49°F as clouds thin. Sunday is expected to be much cooler, with a high near 49°F and winds out of the north at 10-15 mph. Overnight, temperatures will drop to 24°F under clear skies, creating frosty conditions.
The first week of January will bring mixed weather patterns. Monday is cool, with a high near 45°F, while Tuesday is sunny and slightly warmer. By Wednesday, it will be partly sunny, though highs will remain in the low 40s. Rain and snow are expected through Thursday, so residents are encouraged to keep an eye on updated forecasts.
