City Council Approves Tax Rebate
According to PLAIN TALK, Masaba a company in Vermillion, South Dakota, is planning to grow by building a big new building and buying new equipment costing a total of $30 million. To help with this the city council agreed to give them back some of the sales tax rebate up to $250,000. They had asked for $300,000, but the council thought it might affect the city’s budget too much.
