More than 240 million people in the United States are currently enjoying warm and comfortable weekend weather, just a few days after most of the country was suffering under a widespread blast of frigid air. This is an example of a case of weather whiplash.

Weather Forecast for the US: This Week Will Give Comfortable Weather
The High Plains and the Southwest were forecasted to have the highest temperatures, with widespread highs in the 70s and a few isolated highs in the 80s. Around seventieth of the United States will experience a boost in temperature during the first part of the workweek as the warmth moves eastward, with highs increasing by five to fifteen degrees over the normal level for the beginning of November which will give a little more comfortable weather.
The daytime temperatures will be 15 to 25 degrees warmer which is more comfortable weather than they were earlier this week, and except for the Pacific Northwest, the weekend will be dry with no major storm systems affecting the rest of the country. In certain parts of the Northeast, this weekend will mark the first time in as long as two months that there will be no chance of precipitation. According to the FOX Forecast Center, the warm weather will gradually disappear from the northern states and only remain in the southern states for the upcoming week. On the other hand, cooler days are forecast in the northern tier.
