According to SouthWest Journal, Chicago, which has a population of 2,746,388, is a thriving, large metropolis with a lot to offer. The Windy City is well-known for its high rates of violent crime, nevertheless.

Park Washington

According to Property Club, Washington Park is the most hazardous neighborhood in Chicago. Garfield Park West

Residents in West Garfield Park have a 1 in 20 chance of becoming victims of a violent crime because violence there is 257% higher than it is elsewhere in the city.

South Shore, a neighborhood in Chicago’s south side with a population of 54,000, is well-known for its Great Lakes beaches. In South Shore, there are 7,573 crimes committed per 100,000 residents.
